Dr Margit Löschau from TBF + Partner AG, Switzerland
I like garbage! Not only did Oskar once sing that from the trash can on Sesame Street, but I can also say that about myself with conviction today. Thermal waste and sewage sludge treatment are my profession and exhaust gas cleaning in particular is my hobbyhorse.
I see it as my job to pass on my knowledge to young colleagues, to inspire them for a cause, to motivate them to team-oriented work and entrepreneurial thinking. It is unbelievable fun to solve complex tasks with a committed team and enjoyment of the work, while constantly learning something new. Harmonious cooperation, thinking for others and "being able to rely on each other" are very important to me and are the basis for an environment in which everyone enjoys working, and thus ultimately the key to the success of the projects.
